Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Savola Group is seeking an Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, have strong critical thinking skills, and excel at planning.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various online platforms - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Process online orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online customer service or a related field - Reliable and resourceful individual with strong critical thinking skills - Excellent planning and organization skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and online customer service platforms
