Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our online customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via online platforms such as chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and refunds - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong presentation and persuasion skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
