Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in the telecommunications industry.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for our online customers, providing exceptional customer service and support via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promote loyalty to the brand - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service processes


Requirements: - No prior work experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Confident and passionate individuals with strong communication skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with various types of customers - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms
