Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Sipchem in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer inquiries and provide timely and effective responses. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering, and troubleshooting. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address any negative comments or issues. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and engagement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and independent personality traits. 3. Strong soft skills in innovation and leadership. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools. 6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
