Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Mobily is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, driven, and possess strong negotiation and analysis skills.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online platforms to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product recommendations, promotions, and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction - Assist in managing customer accounts, including billing, account inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Contribute to overall customer success strategy and initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and driven personality with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools - Experience with CRM software is a plus
