Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Medina, SA. As an Associate-level position, this role requires at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, and possess strong emotional intelligence and adaptability.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive engagement and loyalty - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
