Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is ideal for an associate-level candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The successful candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed, and have excellent emotional intelligence and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Understand customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations as needed - Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support and maximize customer success - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Hardworking and driven attitude - Emotional intelligence and attention to detail
