Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Online Customer Success Officer to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our online customers through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to ensure a positive customer experience. 2. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. 4. Develop and execute customer success strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships. 6. Negotiate with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to any challenges that may arise. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Fluency in both English and Arabic.
