Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


SABIC is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Officer will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction - Providing excellent customer service through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance the online customer experience - Creating and managing customer success metrics and KPIs - Developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the online customer journey - Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices in online customer success


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer success or similar role - Strong strategic planning and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction - Knowledge of online customer service tools and platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with online analytics and metrics
