Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at Zamil Industrial Investment Company in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Success Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage all online customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Provide product information, assistance, and guidance to customers as needed. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall online customer experience. 5. Monitor online customer feedback and reviews, and address any negative feedback in a timely manner. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve our online customers. 7. Track and report on key metrics related to online customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online customer support. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
