Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Alinma Tokio Marine Company in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Manage online customer inquiries, feedback, and issues via email, chat, and phone - Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to promote loyalty and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the online customer experience - Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to online customer success - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service targets - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
