Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team at National Water Company in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident, have excellent people management skills, and possess a strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Work cross-functionally with other teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
