Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a diligent and motivated Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, and possess strong teamwork and emotional intelligence skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels, including email, live chat, and social media - Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries - Handle escalated customer issues and find solutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and systems - High school diploma or equivalent
