Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant


Job Description: As an Online Customer Support Assistant at Saud Consult, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive online experience for all users. This role requires a high level of resilience and passion for helping others, as well as strong people management and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via online chat and email. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Provide guidance to customers on the use of our online platform and services. 4. Assist with account management, including updating customer information and processing orders. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 4. Resilient personality with a passion for helping others. 5. Excellent people management and planning skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
