Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Provide technical support for online platforms and troubleshoot customer issues. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvements. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong commitment to customer service. 2. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer service goals. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer support tools.
