Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Support Associate to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer support within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional online customer support through various channels including email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 4. Utilize innovative solutions to streamline support processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Manage projects related to customer support initiatives and contribute to ongoing improvements. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
