We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at Al Tazaj in Medina, SA. As a part-time role at a mid-to-senior level, the Online Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online customer support operations.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. 3. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and IT, to improve online customer support processes and systems. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to remain competitive in the market. 7. Train new customer support representatives on our products, services, and support protocols.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on online platforms. 2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and prioritize multiple tasks. 4. Experience in strategic planning and project management. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 6. Adaptable and resilient personality traits.
