Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service and healthcare.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution. 5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 7. Contribute to improving customer support processes and policies.


Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers. 3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. 4. Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. 5. Basic knowledge of healthcare products and services is a plus. 6. No prior experience required, training will be provided.
