Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

As an Online Customer Support Officer at Saudi Airlines, based in Mecca, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support to ensure a seamless online experience for our passengers. You will also be tasked with managing online bookings, processing payments, and assisting with any other online customer-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong leadership and innovation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using online platforms and tools - Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred - Flexibility to work part-time hours
