Job Description:
The Online Customer Support Officer at Saudi Telecom Company in Jeddah will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. This position requires a high level of communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
