Job Description:
The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and social media platforms - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders and coordinating with the logistics team for timely delivery - Monitoring online reviews and addressing any negative feedback - Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience - Updating and maintaining customer databases
Requirements: - 2 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong project management skills - Leadership capabilities - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
