Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Bawan Company is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in the development and implementation of customer support processes and procedures - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
