Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Online Customer Support Representative to join our team at Kudu Company for Food and Catering. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with order placement, product information, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management for further action - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Strong communication skills with a confident and driven attitude - Ability to think innovatively and present solutions to customer problems - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Fluency in English and Arabic is required - Experience with online platforms and tools is preferred
