Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist


Job Description:


Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through email, chat, and social media platforms - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences - Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in online customer support is preferred
