Job Description:

Arabian Pipes Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Assistant. As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and assist with sales inquiries.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide product information and resolve customer inquiries. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations and provide guidance on the purchasing process. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and build strong relationships with customers. 5. Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work well under pressure. 4. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 5. Soft skills in negotiation and people management. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
