L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Associate in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the jewelry industry and customer service field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat on the company website to provide product information, answer inquiries, and assist with sales - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive online shopping experience - Work closely with the sales team to convert website visitors into customers through persuasive communication - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and meet sales targets - Update product information, promotions, and other relevant content on the website as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for jewelry and customer service is a plus - Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations - Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer decisions - Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to the team's success - Must be motivated, resilient, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service - Must be able to work part-time hours in Riyadh, SA
