Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Online Live Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online live chat services to ensure exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of online chat agents to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency in communication. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates. 4. Train new agents on chat protocols and company policies. 5. Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online customer service or chat management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in chat software and familiarity with CRM systems. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
