Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Hilton Mecca is currently seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and be driven, dedicated, possess excellent negotiation and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage online live chat services to assist customers in booking accommodations and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive online bookings - Monitor chat performance metrics and continually optimize chat responses to improve customer experience - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure they provide high-quality customer service - Collaborate with other departments such as reservations, sales, and marketing to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online chat management or customer service role - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems - Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
