Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description: As an Online Live Chat Representative at Sipchem in Medina, SA, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in real-time via online chat to address their inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and create a positive customer experience. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions, provide assistance, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell products or services and meet sales targets. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the chat platform. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and problem resolution. 5. Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and policies to better assist customers. 6. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and assist customers. 3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales and meet targets. 4. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field for a minimum of 3 years. 5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using chat software and other communication tools.
