Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a motivated Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate-level position, the Online Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Drive sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge - Conduct research to provide customers with detailed and accurate information - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong persuasion and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Fluent in both English and Arabic
