Online Live Chat Representative

Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Live Chat Representative at Saudi Telecom Company in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues - Provide technical support for various products and services offered by Saudi Telecom Company - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus
