Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Live Chat Representative to join our team at Al Tazaj in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online live chat support. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately - Assist with order processing and tracking as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Leadership skills to take ownership of customer issues and provide solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
