Job Description:

Jarir Marketing Company is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Online Live Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage and assist customers via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Utilize creativity and strategic planning to offer personalized solutions and recommendations to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistent customer service - Monitor chat logs for trends or recurring issues to improve overall customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries and issues

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Independent and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to think strategically and creatively to provide innovative solutions - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
