Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online live chat interactions with customers to provide timely and accurate assistance - Resolve customer inquiries or issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and deliver personalized solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers

Requirements: - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Fluent in English and Arabic - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
