As an Online Live Chat Specialist at Zamil Industrial Investment Company, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through the online chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers who visit our website and need assistance with inquiries, product information, or troubleshooting.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through the online chat system to provide prompt and accurate information. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and technical support queries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs effectively. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Hardworking and dedicated to meeting customer needs and expectations. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively. 5. No prior experience required, entry-level position open to all. 8. Must be located in Riyadh, SA. 9. Must be available to work part-time hours.
