Job description: Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a creative and resourceful Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance the online chat platform and develop innovative solutions for customer inquiries - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customer interactions, striving to exceed expectations and build customer loyalty - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and consistent information to customers

Requirements: - No prior experience required; training will be provided - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently - High school diploma or equivalent required
