Online Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collect and document customer feedback to improve services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards customer service - Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
