Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Support Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. As an Online Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to online guests through various digital platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist guests with booking reservations, answering questions about hotel amenities, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Monitor online reviews and feedback to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure a seamless online experience for guests. 5. Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the online support process. 6. Make informed decisions based on data insights to enhance customer service strategies. 7. Provide administrative support to the online support team as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data insights. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4.
