Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Online Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Post in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for online support
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments - Leadership qualities to effectively handle customer escalations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online support platforms
