Job Description: Online Support Assistant
The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is currently seeking an Online Support Assistant to join our team in Riyadh on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are confident, resilient, and possess strong leadership and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online services - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless online experience for our customers - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and issues proactively - Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve our online support services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Confident and resilient personality - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools - Fluent in English and Arabic
