Online Support Associate

Job description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a skilled and motivated Online Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to online customers via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Monitor online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the online shopping experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Motivated and energetic personality with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cooperation and planning skills to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced online retail setting - Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of online shopping platforms
