Online Support Associate

Job Description:

United Electronics Company is seeking a dedicated and proactive Online Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 years of experience in customer service or online support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order inquiries. 3. Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience. 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in creating and updating online support resources such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. 2. Resourceful mindset to effectively solve problems and provide creative solutions to customers. 3. Soft skills such as leadership and time management to prioritize tasks and lead projects. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 7. Customer service experience is a plus.
