Middle East Battery Company is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Online Support Officer in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position offers a great opportunity for growth and development in the exciting field of online customer support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective online support via chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer complaints and issues. 4. Assist with updating and maintaining the company's online knowledge base and FAQs. 5. Monitor online reviews and social media channels for feedback and customer engagement opportunities. 6. Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and insights gathered from online interactions.
