Job Description:
Panda Retail Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Support Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an entry-level position, the Online Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing support to our online customers and ensuring a seamless shopping experience on our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through various online communication channels, such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or refunds. 3. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues on the website and escalate complex problems as needed. 4. Monitor online customer reviews and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns promptly. 5. Work closely with the marketing team to promote special promotions, discounts, and new product launches on the website. 6. Collect and analyze data on customer behavior and preferences to optimize the online shopping experience. 7. Provide regular reports to management on key online support metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer relationship management software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
