Online Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Online Support Officer to join our team at Yanbu Cement Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our online platforms and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on online channels such as social media, email, and live chat - Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting customer problems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Update and maintain online content and information - Analyze customer data and trends to improve online engagement and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support - Work closely with the IT team to implement new features and enhancements to our online platforms

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to think creatively and innovate in finding solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Prior experience with online platforms and customer relationship management systems - Driven and results-oriented personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
