Job Description:
Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company is seeking a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for any online queries, issues, or feedback, and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the online platform - Processing online orders, returns, and refunds as needed - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback online - Collaborating with other departments to improve the online customer experience - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Identifying and escalating any recurring issues or trends to management for resolution
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Confident and driven personality - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
