Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking an Online Support Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the energy industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and technical issues efficiently and professionally. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and suggest improvements to the online support process. - Assist in maintaining the online support database and knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers. - Support the implementation of new online support tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience. - Monitor customer interactions and identify trends to proactively address potential issues.

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits, with the ability to adapt to changing situations. - Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
