Online Support Representative

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Provide technical support for customers experiencing issues with our online services - Assist customers with account management tasks, such as password resets and profile updates - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other support representatives to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Adaptable and independent, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Strong time management skills and excellent communication abilities - Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - High school diploma or equivalent is required
