Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and driven Online Support Representative to join our team at Al Tazaj in Jeddah. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer complaints and concerns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
