Job Description:
Panda Retail Company is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, the Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 4. Providing guidance and support to customers on using our online platform and various applications. 5. Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for customer reference. 6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance the online customer support experience. 7. Assisting with testing new features and updates on the online platform to ensure functionality and usability. 8. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking individual with strong communication skills. 2. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers with technical issues. 3. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and customer support platforms. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. 7. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
